Monarchs Defeat Texas Meerkats

Tiras Morton scored 11 points, helping Monarchs notch a 60-39 victory over Texas Meerkats on Sunday.

Claiming a 40-20 lead at the half, Monarchs pulled ahead early in the game.

Making 71% (5-for-7) of shots from the field, Morton had a solid performance on the court for Monarchs.

Jordan Johnson hit double digits, scoring 10 points for Monarchs (4-for-6). Also contributing for Monarchs were M'Elijah Wesley (9 points, 6 rebounds), Diamante Johnson (6 points, 3 rebounds, 1 block), Aaron Lane (6 points, 1 rebound, 1 block), Noah Fultz (6 points, 8 rebounds, 1 block), Carlos Rocha (5 points, 3 rebounds, 1 steal), Cameron Bell (4 points, 4 rebounds, 1 steal), and Calvin Williams (3 points, 2 rebounds).
